职位要求 |
- Minimum 10 years experience in F＆B functions, at least 5 years of which must be in a managerial position in a 5-star hotel managed by overseas hotel Management Company；
- Minimum 2 years as Asst. Director of F＆B or F＆B Manager；
- Hands on experience in managing F＆B outlet；
- Track record of improving revenue and guest satisfaction；
- Experience implementing new F＆B concepts, track record of developing profitable F＆B promotions；
- Strong budgetary and cost control skills；
- Fluency in English spoken and written. |
