一、Responsibilities职责: 1、Answering the customers’ calls provide the speedy, accurate professional consultations services fthe customers. 接听客户主动来电,为客户提供快速、准确和专业的咨询和服务; 2、Take the initiative to contact the customers according to the customer list invite the customers to visit the learning center by phone 根据公司提供的客户清单,主动联系客户,电话邀约客人到学习中心参观咨询。 3、On the appointed day, contact the customers to confirm whether they will come not one hour in advance; if they cannot come on time, reschedule the time fthem. 用户来访当日,提前1个小时与用户确认是否来访,如不能按时到访,为用户改约时间; 4、Make detailed records of the contents inquired by the customers every day 每天详细记录用户来电咨询的相关内容; |
