- Minimum 10 years experience in F&B functions, at least 5 years of which must be in a managerial position in a 5-star hotel managed by overseas hotel Management Company; - Minimum 2 years as Asst. Director of F&B or F&B Manager; - Hands on experience in managing F&B outlet; - Track record of improving revenue and guest satisfaction; - Experience implementing new F&B concepts, track record of developing profitable F&B promotions; - Strong budgetary and cost control skills; - Fluency in English spoken and written. |
